At Inremember, we specialize exclusively in Celebration of Life events. We are not a rental company—we provide complete event production services with expert oversight.

And we understand that families are already navigating significant expenses during this difficult time. These pricing brackets serve as a starting point for conversation about what you absolutely need at a minimum and what you envision for this important celebration. We recognize our services aren't the right fit for every family, and there's absolutely no guilt if budget is a concern—we'll explore what we can do to make it work.

Service Packages

All packages are based on a 7.5-hour service period as our pricing benchmark. Some memorials may be shorter while others can extend to an entire weekend. We've produced celebrations from 20 to 2,000 guests—from living rooms to backyards to any place that fits the style of your loved one.

 

Important to know: Every Celebration of Life requires significant preparation, regardless of event length. Our pricing includes meetings, consultations, scheduling, logistics, and pre-production work like music curation and editing, video and photo editing, and more. Even if your event is only 4 hours, about 90% of the work happens in planning and pre-production.

Basic Memorial Package: Starting at $2780
Includes Essential Services Fee (Event Producer oversight and operational costs), audio support, technicians for setup and breakdown, crystal-clear sound at VIP event standards.

Standard Memorial Package: $3240
Includes all Basic services plus video services, flat monitor for photo shows and slideshows (up to 125 images), and complete music and video editing.

 

Premium Memorial Package: $3840 ±
Includes all Standard services plus clear plexiglass lectern, additional specialists, videographers, streaming support, musical equipment rentals, and venue coordination as needed.
